I. Introduction to CYZ Self-Priming Oil PumpsCYZ self-priming centrifugal oil pumps adopt a pump body structure with axial liquid return. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. It can be precision-made from materials such as cast iron or stainless steel as required, driven by a motor, and features a mechanical seal with hard alloy, which is durable. Its main feature is the self-priming capability, which can suck liquid from below the ground into the pump through the inlet pipeline and then deliver it out. It can be used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, alcohol, and aviation kerosene with temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C. It is an excellent marine loading and unloading oil pump, suitable for oil transportation in onshore oil depots, oil tankers, and other oil storage facilities, and can also be used to transport liquids such as seawater and fresh water.II. III. Principle of CYZ Self-Priming Oil PumpsThe pump body of the self-priming centrifugal oil pump consists of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After normal startup, the impeller sucks the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together, and they are fully mixed in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid carrying gas flows toward the outer edge of the volute, forming a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion pipe. At this time, due to the sudden decrease in flow rate, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas-liquid, and the gas continues to rise and be discharged through the pump outlet. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber and enters the impeller again through the return hole, mixing with the gas sucked from the suction pipeline inside the impeller. Under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller, it flows toward the outer edge of the impeller again. As this process repeats continuously, the air in the suction pipeline decreases until the air is completely sucked out, completing the self-priming process, and the pump then operates normally.IV.
